Lotus Notes Reply All - How are Bcc's affected

Scenario:

I send an approval request to 5 people, and ask them to reply all with attachments.  I want to see the approval replies myself, and I want the approvals to also go to a repository mailbox. But I don't want all 5 people to have to receive and deal with all the replies.  So I send the email "to" the repository mailbox, and BCC the 5 people.

1)  Will the people be able to "reply all"?
2)  Will their replies come to both myself and the repository mailbox?
3)  Will the people receive each others' replies?

Or is there a better way to do this?

Any help with this would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Each bcc recipient only sees their own name. That means they cannot reply to other bcc recipients.

Because of that, sending to the repository mailbox and BCCing the 5 users will do exactly what you want. When the recipients "reply to all" their replies will only go to you and the repository mailbox.
