Cisco Port Monitor on remote switch

Is there a way that I can port monitor a switchport on a remote Cisco switch in our network?

I have access to the vlan, and can ping hosts.  Is there a way to send mirrored traffic to a switch in my building across a trunk link from the remote building switch?

I am trying to avoid a local pc in the switch cabinet running Wireshark.

If possible please list commands for switch A and switch B.

There is a way and it is called RSPAN.

I'm not sure what particular switches you're running, but this PDF should get you started.
