sigma sound has no wave, but commericals

have a dell laptop with win xp and a sigmatel hd audio sound card. wave volume has been muted in control panel. when the wave volume is increased you hear commericals. disconnecting the internet disconnects the radio commericals. have run malwarebytes with no problems. have malwarebytes protecting from in & outgoing programs.
have removed and replaced sound drivers.

Your issue may be from banners on certain websites. You may want to look into getting an add blocking function on your preferred browser.
Does this issue occur with no browser open?

you can also look in task manager if some software is running (CTRL+ ALT +DEL)

browser is closed
have started the sigmatel service and it stops immediately
have shutdown a dllhost service and all sound stops
