Can someone recommend or clue me in as to how to extract data from an Access database to be uploaded to Oracle 11g?

Using ODBC, you can link Oracle tables to your Access database. Then you could write an append query to copy records from your Access table to your linked Oracle table. You need to download and install the Oracle ODBC driver for Access.
