Symantec Backup Exec 2012

Dear All,

I want to learn about Symantec Backup Exec 2012. In my laptop through VMware I have configured Windows Server 2008 & also windows 7 as a client.
I want to install Backup exec 2012 & also create new jobs for servers & clients.

Please guide me how to do it.
