This issue is for the Mac version of office...2011.<br />

What we see is that is does download the OAB and uses it, but not for all the contact info. When clicking the &quot;organization&quot; tab in the contact it then goes out to the server for data. <br />

How can we pull this data from the OAB?

I have deleted the local OAB and allowed outlook 2011 to download it. But when I set Outlook to offline mode, I get an error contactign the LDAP server for the contact info.<br />

this mac is running 10.9 mountain lion.<br />

Any idea why it will not use the local OAB?
