How to make a Bootable DVD for Apple OSX Mavericks

I would like to make a Bootable DVD of Apple OSX Mavericks.
I do already have a bootable thumb drive but I had a bootable DVD for Mountain Lion and would like one for Mavericks

I like the look of the process but whilst I do know about Burning & ISO' Sparse and other processes in the method I am very unsure of.
I do have a saved copy of the installet though - which I used for the USB thumb drive.

Not easy and the Bootable USB is a very good option anyway.
