where can i find under exchange 2003 MAILBOX SIZE and defination mailbox size for new user ?

open one of the Mailbox Store/s (Database) -> Mailboxes

are looking for a way to set a maximum size for a mailbox ?

here are some scripts to do a report on the mailbox size, with the new exchange versions and powershell it's a lot easier.

Limits and default can be set at the DB level -> right click Store/Datase-> properties

or on the mailbox -> right click mailbox -> properties
