I went to Display Options in control panel and the only place I see says &quot;extend&quot; is for &quot;Multiple displays:&quot; and it has &quot;extend these displays&quot;. This is the option that had been the whole time.

overscan was at 10%, when I changed it to 100% it filled the entire screen.<br />

My Desktop is running windows 8, Graphics card MSI HD 7870, two monitors. Monitor 1, the main one is a dell and res is 1920 X 1200. Monitor two is a Samsung SyncMaster S24B300, res 1900 X 1080. <br />
Dell is fine. <br />
Problem: Samsung does not fill the complete screen, there is an inch margin on all four sides. <br />
How do I get the Samsung monitor to fill complete screen?
