Visio 2010 - How to adjust my vertical and horizontal ruler

Somehow my ruler got out of whack.  I want it to reflect my normal 11 x 17 sheet of paper.
1.  How can I reset and/or adjust this?
2.  Why did this happen?  I didn't do anything which should have messed up my ruler.
