Office 2013 - Calender - No information for scheduling assistant

As of a few days ago our Office 2013 users have been unable to see other users calendars when creating appointments with the Scheduling Assistant. It used to be that, after clicking scheduling assistant we could add attendees and see if they were busy or not for the day. Now we receive a crossed out row with the message, "No information No free busy data could be retrieved." and "Your server location could not be determined."

Any ideas on why this would happen? Our Office 2007 users are having no issues.

Yep, that helped. I had tried one of the updates earlier and that didn't help. We had to delete both mentioned in the article and THEN rebuild the mailbox.  Thanks!
