Been going on for a few days. This morning User A was able to log in for a bit, but she says

“Last ten minutes I’ve been able to log in , work for 2 minutes, and then it freezes
I got booted again and can’t get the remote website to work at all anymore”

Turns out not all users are affected. Only one remote user has complained so far. Uninstalled Internet Explorer 11 and reconnected her remotely. Fingers crossed. Waiting to hear from other remote user that had an issues before.

Problem resurfaced several times with all users affected. Memory on the SBS 2011 server getting eaten up by Exchange. Limited Exchange memory usage to 5GB out of 16GB total on server. Still occurred. Called Microsoft support. That's were I'm at. Thanks.
