mailbox login issue

hi

I have exchange 2010 standard server with more than 100 mailbox. I have problem connecting to just one mailbox suddenly. it was working fine till yesterday.

When I tried to connect same mailbox with domain admin or administrator user it works fine.
I already tried doing manage full permission for that user. User already has full access permission to manage his mailbox

What should I do in order to fix this issue.

What changed yesterday? Problems like this do not occur on their own without something happening. Was someone fiddling with permissions?

Two main fixes for this.

1. In ADUC, check that permission inheritance is enabled.
2. Move the mailbox to another database - this often cleans up permissions errors.

I upgrade ms office 2007 to 2010 for that user. It was working fine for 2 days after that problem started. But not problem to connect with administrator account. Only that particular usr xyz has an issue to connect w exchange

I would trash the Outlook profile and recreate.

In ADUC, permission inheritance is already enabled
i tried to create new outlook profile for same user and getting same problem. only this particular user has issue.
