Hi Experts,

I really had lots of fun creating my first iOS/Android app, until it came time to deploy it on the Apple AppStore.

I have spent more time, trying to deploy this app to the appstore than i have doing development now.

Under provisioning in options for my application i have for example.

iPhone Developer: My Name

I want to change it to

iPhone Distribution: My Company Pty Ltd

But every time i do the build fails. But i know the iPhone Developer profile wont deploy to the appstore.

I have tryed deleting all the certificate and provisioning profiles and starting again. But everytime i do they all come back, like as if they werent meant to be deleted.

Please help this is really doing my head in and i dont know what to do.

Thank you in advance.

If you need to upload your app to the App Store, you need to create the disrtibution certificate and disrtibution provisioning profile. Then set this provisioning profile in the project settings.
You don't need to build the project with this provisioning profile. It is a special provisioning profile that you can use only for the App Store. You need to "Archive" menu item in the Xcode and then, for the archive, you can use "Distribute" where you will select the distribution certificate.
