I recently did a migration to a new domain. i migrated all users, documents, desktops, and email profiles over. However, now outlook is very slow to load and close, and for one user I can't even set it up. I have tried creating a new profile to link with our office 365 account, but that is not working either. I have run the office 365 setup software on his pc, but it still will not create the mailbox. At this point  am ready to re-install microsoft office altogether because I think it may have gotten corrupted. Also, please let me know about the speed of loading and unloading. thanks

Do you notice the slowness during peak hours?  How are speeds during offpeak hours?
Is your domains dns hosted by office 365 or by your registrar/isp?

If hosted by registrar/isp other than office 365, then to correct the account creation in outlook (assuming you are setting up on outlook 2013/2010SP2) ensure that the dns records are set correctly as in External DNS settings for Office 365
For Auto-creation of exchange profile, ensure that autoconfigure is setup correctly to point autoconfigure.office365.com.

Frankly it is easier to transfer your DNS hosting to office 365.  Of course I am assuming you haven't done this.  Speed issue I assuming congestion especially during initial sync, but depends on your answer to above.
