activesynch and BB Q10 lock out

Hi,
I have a problem with a users BB Q10. He is unable to unlock the phone using the passcode he assigned. He is pretty sure he has the correct code, but it keeps failing.

As the domain and exchange admin is there anything I can do to reset the password remotely?    Is there anything I can do?  Of course this user is the president/owner of the company.

I would appreciate any suggestions.
