Hi,
I have a problem with a users BB Q10. He is unable to unlock the phone using the passcode he assigned. He is pretty sure he has the correct code, but it keeps failing.

As the domain and exchange admin is there anything I can do to reset the password remotely?    Is there anything I can do?  Of course this user is the president/owner of the company.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks.

It is possible to wipe the device? if yes, user can do themselves and also you as administrator can send a wipe command

Probably not the way he will want to go.

Is there anything else that I can do?

Thanks.

I'am not sure if you changed the activesync mailbox policy which apply to his phone will work or not so that require passcode is uncheck and apply.

However based on my pass experience, once you changed the policy you have to create a new profile on phone.
