How to upload a 38 Meg size Powerpoint to the 'digital products' in NOP Commerce 3.10.
When I upload a simple jpg picture, it uploads fine, and becomes available for purchase, and
becomes available when customer pays. But, when I try a 38 Meg Powerpoint, it
stops after 32%, then says "upload failed."
I used F12 and the log from my server (Arvixe) to search for an ajax or other error but don't see any. Also enable Internet Explorer option to display a message for every script error.
After uploading a jpg, I searched the folders on the server, but couldn't find the file, even though it can be successfully purchased, so I think it must be stored in the database.
NOP offers an alternative, which is to give the customer a download link. I would use
that except I don't know what folder to park the download in, and even if I did, I don't
want people to be able to backspace in the url line and look at the entire folder contents.
