Hi my client is running Carbonite and each night it fails to backup some files (MYOB files which are 200MB each)

Im trying to work out why this is occurring.

Does carbonite have any log files I read through?  I couldnt much when I looked at the PC
Many thanks

The log should be in C:\ProgramData\Carbonite\Carbonite Backup\; but, the most common fault is that someone left the file open (meaning left MYOB running).

Sorry it took me a while coming back to you
Yes I found the logs and yes it was a pesky user not logging out overnight, although asked several times. Many thanks
