Clean old records from ibdata1 mysql file

I have an ibdata1 file that contains old database records from a truncated table.  I need to clean up the file so those records are no longer stored on the system.

Is there any way for me to do this without taking down the database?

The server OS is Centos 6.4, the application is MariaDB 5.5.
