I am using a program called eMailSignature and it assists in creating a domain-wide signature lined to Active Directory fields. Most users do NOT have a mobile number but some do. How can I update the below html to 'hide' the entire 'Mobile' row if the <mobile_number> value is null?

<TABLE border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=1>
<TBODY>
<TR>
<TD><FONT color=#000000 size=1 face=Arial>Tel:</FONT></TD>
<TD><FONT color=#000000 size=1 face=Arial>((Telephone_number))</FONT></TD></TR>
<TR>
<TD><FONT color=#000000 size=1 face=Arial>Fax:</FONT></TD>
<TD><FONT color=#000000 size=1 face=Arial>((Fax_number))</FONT></TD></TR>
<TR>
<TD><FONT color=#000000 size=1 face=Arial>Mobile:</FONT></TD>
<TD><FONT color=#000000 size=1 face=Arial>((Mobile_number))</FONT></TD></TR>
<TR></TR></TBODY></TABLE></FONT><FONT color=#0000ff size=1>

Open in new window

Thanks!

You're not going to be able to do this with just HTML. It would require some sort of scripting language to query the contents of the fields and use CSS to hid the row. Since this is a signature for email it will never work properly. This is easy enough on the web but signatures are very basic in what they allow for content.

Is it possible in your application to apply email signatures by Group? If so, you can add all the users with mobile numbers to a specific group or OU and apply the signatures that way.

I just found the program's 'insert conditional text' function, sorry for wasting your time but thanks anyway :)

{$$NULL(Mobile_number)$$VALUE( ((Mobile_number))
)$$}

There is NO way to do this with html, I found the program's own function to accomplish this task.
