Is there any way to track in Exchange 2010/Outlook 2010/OWA if a particular e-mail gets delivered to the Inbox or Junk E-mail. Additionally, is there a way to track if a user moves an e-mail between the Inbox or Junk E-mail folder?

You can query the mailbox using the search-mailbox cmdlet to search for specific items in the Inbox or other folders in Outlook. However you cannot monitor when a user moves an item from one folder to another in Outlook.
