Move request to O365 is taking too long. Erorr: Restarting the move because checkpoint data does not exist or is invalid

Hello,

We have an issue with very slow move requests from 2003 to the Cloud. We have one Hybrid server Exchange 2010 SP3 in the 2003 Exchange environment.
Move request to O365 is taking too long.

Error: Restarting the move because checkpoint data does not exist or is invalid

This happens for all moves or only particular one?

Have in mind that EO will throttle moves when there is some SIE on MS side, or higher load in general. Judging from the "Relinquishing job because the database failed over" message, this is probably an issue on MS side.
