My client has got the issue with printing pdf, word etc documents. However, when I tried to print a test page from the Properties of the printer - no problems.<br />

He also struggles to print out emails. Sometimes a restart of the printer helps. When you try to print from Word (office 2010) you get the error: printer not installed. When you try .pdf file nothing happens. no error.<br />

He can scan from the printer to the laptop ok. I am puzzled, any ideas?<br />
Will be very grateful for help.<br />
