Please help, we have 20 cisco phones, all 7962 and 7942, 1 only shows default ringer (Chirp1 and Chirp2), other phones show other ringers from Ringlist.xml.

I tried use my phone (7942 which shows other ringers on my station) and compare my configuration in CM administrations to that ext, nothing works. Please help, thanks in advance =)

Look at the phone setting in CUCM:

Personalization

Indicates whether the phone has been enabled for configuring custom ring tones and wallpaper images.

From Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration, choose Device > Phone > Phone Configuration.

Select the device in question.

I have been trying to replicate the problem.  I have seen where reseting the tftp service has fixed it for some people but that is usually when all phones are experiencing it.
