Viber app not working on my company WiFi

I have issue with my Iphone 4s  viber connection on my company WiFi for guest .
I can connect with my Skype application but not viber. I need my viber connection too.
How to solve this issue.

If skype works but Viber does not, it is likely blocked by your company's firewall.

Viber specifically uses several high level ports (TCP 5242+4244, and UDP 5243+9785). If your company's guest wifi network is blocking these ports, you won't be able to connect with Viber. It would be pretty reasonable, for a guest wifi which is intended to be used only for web browsing to block everything except port 80/443.

Skype uses port 443 for a lot of it's communication which is why it still works on the guest wifi network.

Basically, this is something you have to take up with your company's IT department.
