Outlook Disappeared

Hopefully this is a simple question.  Outlook 2010 has disappeared from start > all programs > Microsoft Office folder.  All other programs are there.  I went into c:/program files(x86)/Microsoft Office/Office 14 and found it, so I know it is still installed.  I pinned it to the taskbar and ran it successfully.  How do I get the icon to show back up in the start menu?

Just create a shortcut and put it in the folder that has all the other office icons
