"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can do this by downloading and installing ADMX files (admin templates for each version).

IE 10 ADMX templates - http://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=37009

IE 11 ADMX templates - http://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=40905

Also view this link for help with templates step-by-step - http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb530196.aspx

install the templates and then from there select the items you want to control. Create a new policy and apply it to the machines. This will only affect machines with IE 10 or 11.
