We recently switched to roaming profiles and I have had a user get married.  Is there a seemless way to switch her username and have everything from her old profile follow her new profile?

Thanks in advance

Edit her Active Directory user account by opening AD Users and Computer and right-clicking her name on the list and click "Rename."  If you just want to change her user ID, then this will do it and retain all her current NTFS permissions. Her profile folder name won't change but her account will have appropriate permissions to it with the new name.

You have to change the profile folder name manually. The way I would do it is to make sure she's logged off her workstation, then change her Profile folder name manually, then go into AD and change her user ID/name and edit the profile folder name to match on her AD account.
