retrieve windows updates

I have a list of computers in a text file.
I need a script that will retrieve the name of the computer and the windows updates installed in 2013, then dump the output into a file.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Thanks

Must it be a script?  Have you used Microsoft MBSA?  It will report on all install updates, and you can filter by year.
