Outlook calendar is displaying unusual characters

Hi all

After I typed a email meeting invite and sent to my email receipts, it will show up and my senders a few unusual characters even though after I had no issue during when I was typing up the body of the meeting invite.
Below is an example as it doesn't happen on all the meeting invite I send. I'm using outlook 2007

Invite for team meetings – have kept the agenda nice and simple. Open to suggestions and im sure we will make some changes in the New Year.
 
Jos/Alison – I have CEM numbers tracking below as I will have to report on these to Huyen/Ant.
