In 2010, I have created a recovery database and used DPM to recovery a database to the recovery database. I need to export a mailbox from that to a pst, the user is still in AD and has an existing mailbox in a production database. I have not found how to do that with powershell commands, do I need a 3rd party tool?

that last article seems to work, convoluted way to get a pst file. Is there a way to get items from the dumpster? the deleted items folder doesn't have an option to recover deleted files.
