Created two new users and added them to the group for terminal services (in AD). When I log on to a thin client, I get a blank screen with a moving mouse pointer. If I do ctrl+alt+del and click task manager > new task > explorer then I get a desktop area with icons and taskbar. Log out and log in and get the same blank screen. What did I miss in the user setup? FYI I don't see a terminal services tab in the users' properties page, in AD. It's a HP Thin client.
