I have recently taken over from the IT Manager and been asked to give access to HR the recruitment e-mail. &nbsp;The e-mail in question is tied to a distribution group but there is no mailbox set up for it. &nbsp;There are no members in this group at the moment.<br />

Can I assume that without any mailbox and the fact that AD is not running on the exchange server, this group actually doesn't work or do anything? &nbsp;I am assuming it was at some point directing e-mails to somebodies inbox.<br />

I think I just need to remove the e-mail address from it and set up a mailbox in Exchange instead.<br />
