Hello Experts,

Right now, the company that I work at uses the site buildertrend.net for their construction projects (building houses and construction misc.), but the problem is that that website is sometimes slow to load, but most importantly, it is very time consuming to input data into all of the different fields.  It's gotten to the point that we are now using the software, ServiceTask combined with Excel sheets for customer data and notes because builder trend was too time consuming.  We are looking for something a little easier to use and faster to use.  Can anyone recommend software that is similar to builder trend that is an all-in-one piece of software that includes areas for scheduling, project notes, project timelines, customer information, cloud based so we can access it and modify it on an ipad, iphone, or laptop, and something that can be updated in real-time between several users at once?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
