deleted profile

I recently did a domain switch. I have a user that is now having issues with a software called Expedite. It seems that his profile was deleted during the domain switch. I have checked his C:\ drive for the old folders, but they are not there. I copied all his folders from his C:\ drive over to his new user. Im not sure what the issue is. Please help

If he has a roaming profile it could be in there, look in AD in the original account and see where it's set to. Either that or his home drive.
