Is there a way to setup exchange 2010 to send an email notification to an admin when an activesync device is blocked?  We're currently troubleshooting an issue where our MDM is inadvertenly blocking devices, our admins would like to see in realtime when these blocks are occuring so they can be responded too more quickly.  Right now the default access level for the organization is set to quarantine.

Devices aren't being quarantine they are being blocked, the quarantine notification doesn't seem to work for blocked devices

You are correct, the quarantine notification would only kick off for quarantine.  My apologies, I thought I read that you were quarantining them.  Is there a reason you're blocking and not quarantining them?
