We have a customer having a issues Copying & Pasting from Gmail Webmail to Microsoft Word.

Here are some tasks done:
* Tried all major browsers and the all do the same thing.
* It will copy & paste into notepad and then you can copy from there and paste into word.
* You can copy & paste from any other website and paste into word.

This only happens when a user is using Google webmail and wants to copy & paste the body to a word document.

Thanks in advance for everyone's assistance.

Is it not pasting at all, or is the formatting not correct?

Have you used the Paste options from the toolbar, ctrl+v or right-click Paste?

It appears this has happened to other users as well on the Microsoft site.

Have you tried using the right-click > Paste > keep text only option?

She is using office 2003. I don't think that option is available.

Word 2003 should have it listed as unformatted text.
