Is there a MS Exchange App for the iPad, to work independently?

The Exec shares contacts and Calendar with the assistant.

The assistant would like to view and edit these on an iPad, but with a separate App.

Does anyone know of an App for iOS that will allow access to MS Exchange, but run independently from the Calendar and Contacts apps that are built into the iPad?

Thanks.

Good recommendation, but Microsoft seems to have created limitations with Activesync and Outlook Web App.
