Cisco Router and switch configuration - Can a low-level user display it without changing it?

Is there any way for me to access the router and switch configuration without being able to change anything.  I need to display it and print it but I don't want to change it.  (I'm writing documentation. that's why I'm asking.)

The routers are located across the USA in about 6 locations.

I also don't want to buy a third party package that does this.

Create a user using privilege level 5 and issue this command.

privilege exec level 5 show running-config
