Second Screen on a Windows 7 x64 to show any application opened from the first.

We have a computer that we show people things like maps and things but don't want them to see anything but the applications that we open on the extended screen. In other words we open up Excel on the main screen and the other screen only shows Excel no icons no taskbar just Excel. Someone said this was possible but we haven't been able to figure out how.

Are you duplicating the main display with the second display, or are you extending the display from display 1 to display 2?

If you extend the display 1 to show on both screens then the taskbar will usually stay on the main screen then you can drag whatever windows you need to the second display 2.
