Is Starmex air-con made by Mitsubishi Electric or Mitsubishi Heavy Industry & ions

Is Starmex air-con made by Mitsubishi Electric or Mitsubishi Heavy Industries?

Q2:
Does Starmex release negative ions?  Starmex doesn't appear to be
advertising this (Panasonic & Sharp advertise they have this ion
function) but one link mentions Starmex releases lots of it:
http://www.ctair-con.com.sg/mitsubishi-aircon/

Just wanted to verify if Starmex has ionizing function with those
who own one or who knows

Just noticed that link above refers to Mitsu Heavy Ind's
aircon, did not mention it's Starmex.  I'm looking at
