What is the patch management solution from Symantec?

We don't need the extras, just the solution that does the magic for patching our servers. We are a Windows shop (Server 2008). Also, need to obtain documentation for installing and administering it as well. If you can point me in the right place, I will download a trial version. Also, will required some video training on it as well. Max points to best answer or solution. Thank you.

Symantec's solution is Altiris.  That link also has pointers to the trail software, but the documentation is at their support site.

Are there videos anywhere online?
Symantec has their free etraining, which includes modules available for Patch Management, but looks to be back one version.

Symantec also offers virtual classes, but they appear a little pricey (US$ 3,500).

Looks like there are some community made videos as well, which includes this one, which reports to help get started with Altiris Patch Management.
The video which you included  "this one, which reports to help get started with Altiris Patch Management." does not appear to be running. Keeps spinning around and around when I click play. I tried both IE and Chrome browser. Do you have another link? I cleared browser cache but to no avail.
Hmm.  The disadvantage of having videos on something other than youtube I suppose.  Here's another intro to Altiris.  There are other training videos on Symantec's site, but it looks like the best starting point for information (besides the product documentation itself) starts at the Patch Management group on the Symantec site.
Hmnmn, Are there any other videos out there? Why is it so difficult to find videos for this product online that trains you how to administer the Patch Solution product?
