Outlook 2010 "File As" field shows as blank in List View for Contacts
I have several workstations with outlook 2010 hooked to exchange 2010 that is you view their contact in list view the "File As" shows as blank, if you open the contact their are values in the file as field.
Also, a lot of their contacts no longer show Full names in list view or when you open the contact, but if I open their contacts from an iphone the contacts names are listed.
Is there a bug in version 14.0.7106.5003 ?

Still the same, the list view does not show "file As" values for many of my contacts - but if you open them, they do have values in the field.
If I open the contact and change the file as from Last, First to First, Last and save the list view now shows in the list view?

Test in Outlook Safe Mode if the problem still occurs and post the results
1. Click Start | Run.
2. In the Open box, type: "Outlook /safe" (without the quotation marks)
Notes: There is a space character between Outlook and the forward slash (/).
3. Click OK.
The above will tell us if an Outlook add-in is causing the problem
