A friend recently left his employer.  He exported his contacts from MS Outlook to an Excel spreadsheet.  Now he would like to get these contacts from the spreadsheet into his iPhone.  What's the best way to do this?  Might there be a way to import them to gmail and have the iPhone glean all those contacts into itself??  He has a gmail account.  Thank you!
