I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Presumably you know roughly where the documents are on your server (they are not in Program Files, for example).

Open Windows Explorer to the top level folder, see the search bar top right, enter your search terms and search.

That works for me.

would  Prospective hiring new employee work?   or must I use quotes.

If I am trying to search for an exact string, I enclose it in quotes. But then you need the very exact string.

I have used this method and it works on my systems.
