I have a process (Decision making) I have the time of decision for more than 500 task. I need to select the best probability distribution for that process. So, what is the common distribution for process in discrete events data.

How can I check the goodness of the probability? actually, I have just got the graph of the real frequency of the time of process and need to decide which distribution I need?
