Select specific RGB cell color

Folks,
I would like to set the interior color of a cell to a defined color. I've tried the code below and it is not working:
Range("N22").Select
With Selection
.Interior.ColorIndex = RGB(83, 141, 213)
End With
Worksheets("CalAverLargestNumbers").Range("N22").Interior.ColorIndex = RGB(83, 141, 213)
