Creating dynamic input page in asp.net webform

On this comment, "completely data driven", when a question is changed, added, or deleted, how do we handle sql table and store procedure on insert, delete? Do we still have to go to each sp to modify them manually?   Read comment

well you should know all the fields that would be generated so if some field is hidden for a user then pass some value like zero or null to the SP so it will not expect to receive a value for this field
