It will also reboot durring a DIR on C: or D:
It let me do a CHKDSK /F on both disks with no reboot. And the server got further into the Windows Booting Process after it was complete.

I ran a CHKDSK /R on C: and it restarted in the middle of it.

Had a drive that failed HP diagnostics on my RAID 1 boot array. Pulled the "failed" drive and tried to boot the server, still reboots during the Windows Green Progress bar.

Started a CHKDSK /R on the one remaining drive, well the degraded RAID1 array.

Does anyone have a tool to fix SBS 2008 boot issues? Looks like the standard boot from Windows Media and run Repair isnt an option with SBS 2008.
