I want to collect to result as this :

Not in pure regex, no. The regex will be used for extracting the relevant parts of the text, but for matching up the MAC with the port you need to use the features on the programming language.

What language are you looking to implement this in?

Here it goes in gawk; should also work in nawk or mawk:

two things need to be added for to resolve completely issue

1. 00:50:56:BE:FF:4D -> Port 3  result need to be as this instead of white space between mac code parts
2. should it be possible to read from text file ?

Dear surrano there is a mistake

Well if the structure of input is different from the sample then it's no surprise. Moreover, what you printed as wrong output and listed as input do not match with each other (as far as my code is considered).

I could fix it free of charge if you prefer awk to perl but the perl solution seems to be already correct. My approach has one extra feature to that one; the order of lines is completely irrelevant, i.e. INTEGER lines may appear before corresponding HEX lines and HEX lines without corresponding INTEGER lines are also printed.

The regex solution could be modified so that INTEGER could appear before HEX too, but I would actually tend to agree with mccarl that regex would not be the method of choice for something like this.
(and technically, pure regex does not have \1, so the solution was in fact not in pure regex)
